1.5 megawatt PV rooftop system completed in Wulkau

At the end of December 2021, we participated for the first time in the photovoltaic tender for PV rooftop systems. The German Federal Network Agency finally awarded us the full contract. For one of the three rooftop projects for which we had bid in the tender, we were able to successfully complete construction this month.

With 3,910 modules and a total output of 1.5 megawatts, the Wulkau project in the northeast of the Stendal district in Saxony-Anhalt is one of the largest rooftop photovoltaic systems we have ever built in a single construction phase.

With successful commissioning, 650 tons of CO₂ emissions can be avoided annually in the future and approx. 350 3-4 person households can be supplied with solar power per year.
