This is based on site analyses, yield assessments, and initial coordination regarding grid connection options. The objective of this step is to identify viable project approaches and establish realistic development prospects.

Acquisition &
Land Securing
Suitable sites are secured through coordination with landowners. In parallel, the project is structured taking into account legal, economic, and technical framework conditions. This step establishes the foundation for permit-ready project development and clearly defines responsibilities.
Step 03
Permit Planning
securenergy coordinates the entire permitting process. This includes the preparation and submission of required application documents, coordination with authorities, and consideration of technical opinions. Grid connection planning and negotiations with grid operators are also part of this step.
Step 04
Economic Assessment
& Permit Readiness
In addition to planning, economic viability calculations are prepared and financing matters are addressed. The objective is to prepare projects for permitting from both a technical and economic perspective. Upon completion of this step, a viable project is available that can be transferred to the implementation phase.
