Implementation &
Commissioning
In the implementation phase, concepts become reality. We manage construction processes, coordinate all parties involved, and support commissioning through to full handover to operations management. Clear, reliable, and structured.
From planning to operations
Step 01
Project preparation &
Detailed design planning
After completion of the permitting phase, detailed project preparation begins. In this step, the technical plans are refined and transferred into an implementation-ready detailed design. Construction processes, schedules, and interfaces between the trades involved are defined and aligned. In parallel, coordination takes place with suppliers, service providers, and grid operators. The aim is to create all organisational and technical prerequisites for a structured implementation. Through clear responsibilities, coordinated processes, and transparent planning, risks are identified early and minimised. Project preparation therefore forms the basis for a controlled construction process and efficient implementation.
Step 02
Construction coordination &
Implementation
In the implementation phase, the project is delivered according to plan. securenergy takes over the coordination of construction activities and ensures that all work is carried out in accordance with the detailed design, technical specifications, and quality requirements. Deadlines, construction progress, and interfaces between the trades are continuously monitored. Deviations or technical issues are identified early and resolved in a coordinated manner. Regular inspections and clear communication channels ensure transparency throughout the entire construction phase. The aim of this step is the on-time, high-quality implementation of the plant.
Step 03
Technical commissioning
& acceptance
After completion of the construction work, technical commissioning takes place. In this step, all systems are inspected, tested, and gradually put into operation. Measurements, functional tests, and acceptance procedures ensure that the plant meets the technical requirements and operates reliably. Coordination with grid operators and other involved parties is a key component. The aim is to ensure a safe and stable plant start-up and to fully establish operational readiness.
Step 04
Start of operations
After successful commissioning, the plant is handed over for operation. This includes complete documentation and the preparation of technical operations management. Processes, responsibilities, and interfaces for ongoing operation are clearly defined. The aim of this step is a seamless transition from the project to operations, ensuring stable performance and long-term reliable plant operation.
