Holger Sven Stabernack is the founder and co-owner of the securenergy and secursun companies.
Since its founding in 2015, securenergy GmbH has focused on the development and implementation of commercial solar rooftops.
With the founding of securenergy solutions AG in 2018, Holger Sven Stabernack expanded his field of activity to include the development of ground-mounted solar parks and battery energy storage systems.
In 2022, secursun GmbH and secursun power GmbH were founded. A joint venture with the sunotec Group with the goal of realizing a portfolio of 1 GW of renewable energy systems.
As an entrepreneur, Karsten Becker founded his first company, Seca Energy, in the renewable energy sector in 2009 and took over Photon Energy Operations Germany in 2015. Under Karsten Becker’s leadership, the companies have installed 300 megawatts of photovoltaic capacity in Germany and 200 megawatts in Italy, Spain, and Latin America.
Karsten Becker is significantly responsible for strategic direction, project execution, and the acquisition and qualification of sites for ground-mounted PV systems and battery energy storage systems. With his many years of local and international experience in project development and implementation as well as in project management, Karsten Becker enriches securenergy solutions AG as a board member.
Casper Rasmussen is Managing Director of securenergy GmbH and owner of the Danish IWE Group. He has been active in the renewable energy sector since 2008 and has many years of experience in the development, financing, and implementation of photovoltaic projects. He realized his first own photovoltaic projects starting in 2013.
His activities initially focused on the purchase and financing of photovoltaic systems for Danish investors in the German market. Based on many years of trustful collaboration with the securenergy team, Casper Rasmussen assumed the management of securenergy GmbH in 2022.
In his role, he is now responsible for the entire strategic overall concept along the value chain for large photovoltaic rooftop systems. His focus is on sustainable, economically viable project structures and a clear, long-term corporate direction.
